Goal: Retail leader Carrefour wants to bring their 12000 employees closer to the company & it’s values through a festive event, where also the 1500 jubilarians could be celebrated. The goal of the event is to reward all employees & show them appreciation for their work and loyalty. The 20 Acts for food are the common thread in the mission of the brand.


Welcome to Pic-Nic Magnific, a Carrefour family festival, where food, music and activities for all ages are incorporated with an eco-friendly approach. Home base of our festival is the beautiful green surrounding of Sport Vlaanderen Domain Hofstade. Pic-Nic Magnific became a 100% personalized event tailored to the corporate and b2c strategy of the company: Act for Food.


A 360° event communication approach engaged the audience from save the date to aftermovie. 
Through the custum website, we created the registration, a digital ticket linked to an sms service for swift scanning & registration on site, a poster campaign in all Carrefour stores & inspirational online video’s & mailing. The event itself was a state of the art logistic, ecological & people engaging festival where all the happiness came together.


“it was the best family day Carrefour ever had”. All organized within the give budgetary contours. A positive vibe has settled within the employees and all are waiting for the next edition of PicNic Magnific!
